Hello! I have a question about networks and signals, namely how the Convoy is programmed and receiving/sending information. Being the resident tech nerd that he is, once he's been told about the preprogrammed Convoy thing his first instinct is to scan for available networks/signals that his computer can pick up. Would he be able to find anything?

(I know it mentions the whole hacking thing on the FAQ, which he may potentially explore if he doesn't get completely waylaid by all this monster business so I'm not intending on doing anything too deep right now, I just want to know if and what all he might be able to pick up by his usual avenues.)
