Regarding the Undead template, and particularly the "Emaciated form" trait.

What are the limits of the bodily damage that the emaciated form can have? For instance, could it be possible for a character's head to come off entirely in their monster form as a result of the damage?

If not, it's fine, I'll just go with 'visibly lethal-looking neck damage' instead.
