If you want to use a background from past campaigns, that would be fine.

But you would want to pare the backstory to about 300 words, just broad strokes is fine!

Technically it would count as a separate power... But since the game setting assumes that everyone has Hulk Pants, that'd just be a part of the established setting. So thanks to the lore, doesn't really count in this instance!
