Ability Count: Yes, with abilities it would be like individual skills or spells. If you wished to really lean to a Persona’s passive affinities/weaknesses, you might also want to list the Persona itself as an ability as well! If you’re not going to draw a ton of attention or utilize the summon itself very much, you can just stick to the three spells.

Ability Strength: Call of Chaos is one of those things where I respect its potential for cool RP stuff, but I also see where it could lead to problems; bringing the ability in as-is with the full power settings could happen. But it’d need to function similar to our Yokai Possession trait, where it NEEDS to have permissions attached to it, and it needs to be discussed OOC before implementing it in a thread. Odds are there’s a good chunk of people who would say “yes I want to bring my character’s darker impulses out and go berserk” and they just need to hash it out OOC. There’s also another chunk of people who would say “nah, no thanks, I’m good” and that’d need to be respected.

Also I’d ask for it not to be treated as an “I Win” button for PVP and PVE. Standard no-godmoding stuff, which we're all familiar with at this point. Ditto all of that in regard to Almighty skills/spells/debuffs and the like. They can be used, just as long as they're not used to win all the RP threads.

Ambiguous Canon Points: Yes you may app from the post-game canon point as it doesn't railroad other characters into this outcome. The general policy for ambiguous stuff in canon is 'have fun, sketch out some stuff you want to do, be open to other potential castmates having a different take.' Since Akechi's canon point doesn't have a ton of impact on other characters, feel free to pull him from whatever outcome you'd like.
