Minor Characters: I’m sadly not as familiar with Kamen stuff as I would like to be. I would err on the side of caution and suggest against apping a character who could be an AC Reward/Regain, unless a really strong case can be made for them being a key character with enough of a personality in their canon. As always the rule is that if headcanon takes up half of the app or more, the character is not viable for aping.
TRAINS! It might be difficult to select a train given the lack of train tracks in some locations. However! It does feel rather Mad Max-y and in the spirit of the premise to say that a single locomotive could be converted into a bizarre train-car hybrid that still follows the rules of the game.
